    We offer professional, hassle-free installation plus product mastery via face-to-face instruction on all your smart home devices.
  • How do I schedule a service?
    Use the contact us form and we will reach out to you to book an appointment based on our availability.
  • When will my technician arrive?
    Prior to your scheduled service appointment, we will contact you the day before your service appointment and one hour before the estimated arrival time of our technician.
  • What is your rescheduling policy?
    We understand that your time is valuable and that your schedule can change on short notice. You can reschedule your appointment by completing the Contact form at least 6 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge. Please keep in mind that failed service appointment fee may be applied to appointments rescheduled within 6 hours of the appointment time.
  • Is Smarter Home Consultants available in my area?
    Smarter Home Consultants in-home services is available in metro Detroit area. Remote support, personalized consultation, product recommendations and installation guidance is available nationwide across the USA.
  • What are your hours?
    Depending on your membership, Smarter Home Consultants offer in-home service and remote consultation and assistance seven days a week from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
  • How am I billed for the service?
    The cost of a service is set at a fixed price after discussing with you the the smart home solutions that fit your needs and budget.
  • Do you offer a membership service?
    Smarter Home Consultants members receive personalized service, remote support, and member only discounts. We offer annual membership plans based on your needs and budget. Included with your membership: Free Consultation Remote Support At least 20% off on installations and maintenance System maintenance Support response within an hour Please contact us to learn more about our membership plans.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    You may cancel the membership at any time and receive a refund if none of your membership benefits have been used.
  • When does my membership expire?
    Your membership will expire one year after your purchase date unless you notify us to renew your membership.
  • How can I check my membership status?
    You can always check your membership status by reaching out to us.
  • Can I transfer my membership?
    Your membership is not transferable.
  • What if I cancel my membership before a year?
    Refunds on your membership are only available during certain time as per our membership plan. Please contact us if you have any questions about cancelling your membership.
